Daily writing prompt
Do you spend more time thinking about the future or the past? Why?
To me, through my experience (and many others), Anxiety = worrying about the future. Depression = Living in the past. To make it plain and simple, the only way to overcome those feelings/emotions is to be present.
Yes, I understand there is soo much more to that, but I want to start from the very basics and not make things so complicated. I have a lot more to say about those ‘state of minds’.
