Art and Power to Acceptance

Progress isn’t linear. You must accept yourself for who you are. Everything. The good and the bad. When in doubt, ACT. Acknowledge. Connect. Talk Kindly. Just because it didn’t work out in the “past” doesn’t mean it can’t work now…

Anything in the “past” = a couple of seconds ago, earlier this morning, yesterday, a month ago, a year ago, 10 years ago, etc… Cannot Change it. Stop letting it hold you back.

Missed out on posting something yesterday… Fortunately, I am able to write right now.

New Years Resolutions:

  • Don’t let bad habits grow. Don’t miss out on whatever activity you want to do for consecutive days. Stay focused and stay committed to your goals. Just because you missed one day/session doesn’t mean you cannot plan for tomorrow. Reason: Overcome my tendencies to give up.
  • Eat Breakfast Everyday. Reason: Fuel the body and mind. Get ready for the day, Stay focused and feel great.
  • Make Bed Everyday. Reason: First Win of the Day. (after waking up of course)
