What are your biggest challenges?

Consistency. Self-doubt and negative thinking. Poor communication habits. Holding onto the past which takes away from enjoying the moment… Worrying about the future (to a certain extent through fear) and caring about what other people have to say or think. I will overcome myself. I will get better at handling my thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.

There are more “challenges” in my mind and heart, but I am taking this one day at a time. I just want to get these negative unconscious thoughts out of my head. It’s time to get back to work. This will take some getting used to.

I just want to share lessons and reminders that have helped me along the way…
